Cancellation of Services and No-Show policy for VIP Services (Including VIP Fast Track Immigration Service):

Booked and blindingly confirmed VIP Services can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the service is to be performed. Cancellations must generally be in writing by fax or e-mail. Short notice cancellations are subject to the following cancellation charges:

  • 3-4 Days prior to arrival or departure There is a 10% administration charge.
  • 24 to 12 hours before performance of services: 50 % of the service charge.
  • Less than 12 hours before performance of services: 80 % of the service charge.

Passengers, who do not show up for their booked VIP Service (no-show on arrival or departure) or who are not seen at their booked flight (no show arrival / transit) are charged 100 % of the service charge To ensure our Services pre-payment is required after booking and invoicing, confirmation is reserving due pre-payment.

  • 2-0 Days prior to arrival – No Refund.
  • No refund for No-Show.

All cancellations or amendment requests must be submitted by email to info@sel-th.com, we will not accept any cancellation or booking amendment requests by phone. Cancellations are only valid after our written confirmation of your request.
