VIP Fast Track Arrival Service:

1. Our Passengers will be greeted at the jet way in terminal building by a uniformed female hostess and male porter with a welcome signage with passenger’s name on. The porter carries baggage for the passenger.
2. Our passengers will be escorted to the Fast Track Immigration counter where their entry into Thailand will be expedited as they will not have to wait in a queue as normal passengers. The hostess will handle all airport formalities with immigration and customs officials.
3. The hostess and porter will assist in obtaining all baggage. In the event of lost baggage, our hostess will assist the passengers to the Lost & Found counter of their Airline.
4. The hostess and porter will escort our passengers through customs and to their awaiting transport or their hotel representative.

VIP Fast Track Departure Service:

1. Our passengers will be welcomed at the drop off point of their airline’s nearest check in counter by a hostess and a porter who will display a signboard with their name and flight number.
2. The porter will carry our passengers’ baggage to the security check point. The hostess will assist them to their check-in counter to get boarding pass.
3. Our passengers will then be escorted through immigration and into the departure lounge.
4. In the departure lounge our passengers will be assisted in obtaining duty free items and/or escorted to their airline’s VIP lounge if eligible. The porter will carry the hand carry baggage through the entire process.
5. Thirty minutes prior to the departure time, the hostess and porter will escort our passengers to their departure gate, where the process is now complete.
